The President brings over 30 years of executive experience from Fortune 500 companies. As a Woman Business Enterprise (WBE) owner, she leads ADI with strategic vision and hands-on management, ensuring operational excellence and long-term success.
Our Senior Project Manager is a third-generation carpenter with over 25 years of experience in specialty acoustics. With academic backgrounds in Architectural Design and Drafting and certification as a LEED Green Associate, he leads project execution with a focus on sustainability, efficiency, and collaborative design.
The Senior Accountant, with over 26 years at ADI, oversees all financial operations and ensures the integrity of the company’s accounting practices.
Our General Superintendent has more than 25 years in the acoustical trade. A seasoned union carpenter, he manages day-to-day field operations, ensuring quality and efficiency on every job site.
The Project Management Team includes professionals with diverse backgrounds in industrial engineering, business, and construction management. Team members bring multi-generational expertise in acoustics and ceiling systems, and several hold LEED Green Associate credentials. With strong skills in estimating, submittals, and project execution, they play a critical role in supporting ADI’s mission of delivering outstanding results.
Our Administrative Project Assistant supports purchasing, pre-construction, and daily operations. With a background in business management and a strong team-oriented mindset, she plays an essential role in project administration and company workflow.
